  • If your country restricts alcohol imports, your order may be canceled and refunded.

3. Order Processing & Timelines

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery time: 5–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
  • Delivery times may vary due to international customs procedures, carrier delays, or regulatory checks.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, excise taxes, VAT, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

7. Failed Deliveries & Restrictions

Delivery may be canceled or returned if:

  • Customs authorities restrict or seize the shipment due to local laws.
  • Delivery address or contact information is incorrect.

In such cases, refunds (excluding shipping/customs costs) will be processed in line with our Refund & Return Policy.
